Deduction of balance for incoming calls

Sir, since 3-4 months my balance is getting deducted for incoming calls from land line numbers @ Rs 1-Rs 7. The number from which I receive calls everyday is 1400830120. Even if I don't answer my balance gets deducted by Rs 4- Rs 7 per call. Another problem is for the calls I make where the time and therefore the amount deducted are double the time spent by me. I complained to customer service at Habsiguda, Hyderabad. about 3 months ago. The problem was resolved but since January it started again. I already lost hundreds of rupees because of these deductions. Please resolve the problem at the earliest and compensate my balance for the lost amount. My No is 9948157271.
