Idea network provider is not respond the customer calls and e mails reg

Dear sir/madam, I am KRISHNAMOORTHY I am using IDEA network in my mobile past few years my mobile number is 91-8124795736. I have give complaint in idea due to no network coverage in my area on 12.02.2012 they asked me with in 45 working hours we are surely resolve my problem, my complaint number is 1-21679230738 but my coverage issue is not resolved. Then i was give another complaint on 28.02.2012 my complaint number is 1-22131091296 my complaint is the same. The customer care executives are not respond my calls, e-mails. So as a consumer/customer i want the valuable response from network side. This is my complaint sir/madam take the action on IDEA NETWORK TEAM IN TAMILNADU CIRCLE.
