Outgoing barred

From last 15 days, my postpaid Idea mobile has a credit balance of Rs.1370/- (paid in advance). Since 30th of june, my outgoing facility is barred, without any reason.

I am in business and obviously, i am lot dependent on my mobile for my daily business. I have subscribed several SMS services too on my number.

Now the position is that neither can i dial any number, nor i am receiving any SMS.

I am feeling like handicap.

Have called to customer care of IDEA, but they are not helpful at all. They don't see any problem in my number.

Have written them 4-5 mails to idea customer support, but they too are not giving any response, reply to my problem.

Very strange, they are not feeling the consequences of my problem.
