Non availability of 3 G Internet on 3G Phone, Non Reply of complaint to Customer care numbe

My Wife Nidhi Mohan purchased a Huawei 3 G Phone of Idea with 3 G Connection and free internet for 3 Months @ 1 GB Per month package

Bought from Deepak Communication on 9 .12.2012 for Rs 5852 vide their Bill no 652 .

The number of Phone device is 8742947111

But after two days ie on 12th after noon the 3G and even Internet Connection was lost.

No data connection is being possible.

It must be noted that the device Huawei Id - 280 with that 3 G scheme is meant for 3G internet only and without that the phone is only as good as any normal phone only.

We request you to take action against the Idea Cellular Co or give directions for setting the services right.
