Un wanted subscription of paid value added services

Dear Sir,

I am Manglesh kalakar, having a Idea mobile no.9753907794.I am not very happy to convey that, they have activated the service IDEA_TALKIES-90 days and deducted RS. 75/- From my balance on dated 18.02.2012 . Which I never required. Than I call to customer care about 8 times to deactivate the service.they charge for the call @ RS.3/minute and deducted about Rs 45/- from my balance.

Now, They have deactivate the IDEA_TALKIES services. But, They are not Refunding the deducted amount of paid value added service i.e Rs. 75/- and customer care call charges i.e Rs.45/-

So, I request to you, Please do need full. If you are not able to rectify these kind of mistakes than kindly tell me what should I do.
