Deduction of balance without permission

Dear sir

i have an idea mobile no.9669363849 named mithilesh kumar rai.yesterday a call came from idea mobile company on my mobile no., they were telling somthing but i disconnected the call due to nonclearing of

voice. After some time i recieved a sms accepting of request and within seconds deduction of 75/ for idea talkies.

i tried many times to contact customer care but call disconnected, after 15 hrs i talked to customer care officer but her response was very bad and she said this was your request, but i was unknown about it. she said disconnect the call.please register complaint and do the needful for above deduction without information.
