IDEA CELLULR PREPAID
NOT ACTIVATING THE CONNECTION

I have purchased a idea prepaid sim (Andhra pradesh) bearing no.9666304237. while purchasing the sim, i have submitted my ration card copy and pan card copy. but after 3 days, they have disconnected the phone saying no proper documentaiton is provided. then i submitted my passport copy and pan card copy. the dealer is saying passport is not acceptable and to give another address proof. it has been 10 days since i purchased the sim. i topped up the balance also. I think the person who refused the passport copy should be punished as per the law as it is a most authenticated document. till now they hve not activated the phone.
