Deducting the amount without any information

I am using the service last one and half years. but recently the idea service started cutting from my account 5 rs each day, where i have not applied for any other service. i am so annoyed with the service, also i have a scheme of one ps one seconds. now a days the amount gets cut more than they promised. when trying to call the customer service care one after the other they change the number, i am not satisfied with the service and i need to get back all my money which the service provider cut for the last 13th onwards. i am so upset and angry with the service. do the need full as early as possible.
