Misleading Information to Custome

Airtel has given a wrong detail to me. The caller from airtel named NITIN says that i was among the special customers of airtel and i was given a special scheme that i can use the airtel unlimited internet plan of Rs. 500 for 2 months instead of 1 month. He also said that my speed in the internet connection will be the Hi-Tech speed i.e. 12-16 kbp/s. But i am getting the speed of maximum 4.1 kbp/s only. He also Confirm this issue by transferring the call to his senior and activate the service.
