IDEA GSM(ORISSA)
MNP REQUEST REJECTED BY IDEA WITH NO PROPER REASON

Dear Sir,

My name is Sukanti jena and

my mobile number is 9090303090. I

applied for porting my idea number to Tata Docomo Gsm (Orissa) by generating the UPC code on 10th may and give request on 11th may at Tata docomo store and the UPC Code is IO862427. I got a message

from Tata Docomo that my mnp request is

rejected by Idea due to there are

subsisting contractual

obligation from the subscriber

agreement. I am not getting what is the problem as the

porting. Therefore i again applied for MNP to port in my mobile number to aircel (orissa) on 18th may but on 20th may i got a message from aircel that my MNP request is rejected by Idea showing the same reason. So now i can't port my mobile number to new service provider. Therefore I request the

concerned person to look into

the matter and do the needful. Thanking you
