Not Credited with the amount that idea has promised me

Hi,

I was getting the SMS regularly from idea that If i re-Submit my applications for my idea number 9964017727 then I would be credited with 25rs talktime. But It never really happened. I use to get atleast 5 or 6 times daily until I submitted the application. I have even contacted the customer care several times but with vain. The customer care guys just tel that they will revert back within 1 day but no one has turned up till now.

This is not the question of actually a small amount of 25rs that should be credited to my number but the way my complaint was handled and was ignored and they never kept there words.
