i have port in in idea and its been 5 days and i cant call.

they juss started my incumming calls and they port out me from airtel without any documents. Idea People always say juss take this card you will get good services but no they are juss like bol bachan.they are just compliting themns marketing target and sabko fools banate hai.please Help me.
