Mobile no. convert postpaid to prepaid

Dear sir

i have idea mobile no. i want to convert this no. postpaid to prepaid. but when i met idea shoppee they demanded fifty thousand rupees for convert this no. postpaid toprepaid when i purchased this no. company said this is the premium no. this no. cost is thirty thousand then i had paid thirty thousand rupees. i have sent five mail idea customer care but i am not satisfy . sir i hope you will solve my problem at earlist
