Forceful implimentation of sms scheme

Sir,

i would like to bring to your kind notice that i am a customer of reliance mobile with my cell no 9314664100 & this is a case of cheating that Rs 49 has been leid or deducting from my balance without my knowledge as i have a prepaid connection . now when i talked to customer care supervisor he is not listening that the service is not started with my consent . it is a case of cheating that in no case i can use this service of local SMS 600 in quantity by paying Rs 49.one can check my history that i havent SMS even 10 SMS per year than why should i take the scheme of 600 SMS. also time to time they have been forcefully giving the schemes which were not subscribed by me and couple of time they have been refunding the balance arguing that it was a computer mistake.a serious action is required to be taken against the company so that not many customers are cheated like me.
