IDEA/Net setter USB EDGE/GPRS modem
Internet speed issue

I have been using idea net setter EDGE/GPRS mobile internet which has max speed of 25KBps, however during the past few weeks i m receiving speed of 2KBps, however i was guaranteed a speed of atleast 10 KBps.

i have called up customer care service quite a number of times, getting the response that the complaint is in progress. however nothing has been done from their end. let me know what can i do about this issue. i am not satisfied with this service and invested around 2K for a new device.
