AirTel India has a customer care toll free No.121. For the last many days I have noticed that if I wish to speak to the Customer Care Executive by pressing No.9 in the sequence, I get an answer "please dial *123# to see your account balance... thank you for contacting Airtel... etc." .. and the line cut from their end. Where are all the executives hidden? Don't they know how irritating it is to waste so much time in trying to get to the executive. Where else can we find the answer to our queries? Is it a fair practice by a leading company like this one? When will AirTel begin to 'tell' the truth? Or, has all their goodness vanished into thin 'air'?
