IDEA postpaid connection
Regarding to DND Service

Hello...

i m a new user in idea cellular services from Febuary 5th 2011. before it i use airtel prepaid no. n i m satisfy with there service. bt main problam with airtel its to costly. actully i want a postpaid connection who have minimum call rates nd gives me other offer like internet nd sms packs. so i change my service provider nd choose to idea cellular its plan amaging. bt main problam with it they r no responseble with custmour problem n there service. After one week of MNP i have registered a request in DND. I know very well DND Process take approx 45 days on activation bt after 90 days i received unnessery calls, SMS from commercial offer like flats, laxmi yantra, charity orgnaisation, n much more. i have try to many time coustmor care nd every time they give me a new complaints no. who r mention in foollowing manner.

above mention complaints r registered in may n april month complaints deleted by me by mistak.

at last i think why airtel no. 1 service provider n why people recommend it. its a measure difference between u nd airtel.
