Idea postpaid SIM
Fake cammittments and Haraasment

Hi,

I am using the connection of Idea cellular since 6-7 years as a prepaid customer. In 2008 last month they had convinced me to convert it into postpaid sim free of cost and with a security amount of 500 Rs. and this is the beginning of problems in my communication my bills etc. In 2009 last months they again gifted me as a valuable customer, a new postpaid sim free of cost with security deposit 250Rs. which will be adjusted in nest bill as per their commitments. But at the time of my bill generated every month there is no adjustment of my 250 Rs. so I tried to complaint it but no way to find an solution except assurances and assurances. Next month again there is no adjustments. so I stop payment the bill and they disconnect my connection, without any notice. Its a mental set back for me as they were not fulfilling their commitments and black mail to pay the bill otherwise they disconnected my Important number. I have had many complaints numbers every time I got but no solutions. So, at last i again conveted my. post paid into prepaid and paid their all amount. But when I ask them to return back my 500 Rs. of 1st connection and 250 on 2nd connection, they replied me sorry, its already adjusted and not applicable to you. So, what shoud i do now to teach them a lesson that YES A SINGLE CUSTOMER CAN BE A POWERFUL ONE TO THEM THEM THEY ARE WRONG... Please guide me.
