Call Barring Services

Hi,

I am a user of Idea prepaid. While using my phone on roaming by outgoing calls are barred. i tried calling Idea customer care. Initially they said i have to call Maharashtra number (09822012345) as they don't have the details. i called Maharashtra customer care they said they cant help as it is prepaid mobile and they are from postpaid department. i asked how can i contact prepaid department, i was told to use prepaid mobile for calling to prepaid department on the same number. this time i called by borrowing someone else cell phone, the call was again received and i was informed that this is postpaid department and i should call prepaid department or 198. i called 198 and again same response that i should call the customer care.

the worst part was the calls were taken badly and the customer care representative weren't ready to help of listen. it was more like getting rid of the problem rather than giving solution.

after so mush promotion through media and claims of better services, it seems that

" Having Idea is NOT a good Idea"

highly disappointed.
