Very horrible services

I recharged with RS.90 flexi recharge, instead of receiving the balance i cannot make the calls from that balance amount at all and frm my normal balance Rs.30 is getting deducted for bludy offers which i didnot activated at all and if i trying for customer care, they are not at all giving any respose and if at all getting connected they are saying that server is down and they are not ready even to take complaint.idea services is worst services.which i have ever seen (saradhi-9010941322)
