IDEA PREPAID
Sending flash message

Dear sir

This is to inform you that I am Swaraj Koley have a Connection of idea prepaid (9552160194) and also applied for (DND) Service on 16 Nov. Pm SR No. 19596252538 Dtd 16.11.2011. to stop all unsolicited calls, SMS and flash messages.

On 23 Nov idea confirmed the DND service has been activated. But unfortunate to say tat idea not stopped sending flash message, appearing directly on the mobile screen. If accidentally OK button is pressed, idea start deducting from my balance. further I have contacted to customer care several times. each time they are tailing it will be stopped and the coming of message continues.
