Dear Sir,

I have an Idea prepaid number 9756214334 since more than four years. Now I have facing a problem last two months that is mobile service provider Idea cutting Value Added service charge without any activatation request. I have made complaints many time but the result is ZERO. You are requested to do needful at your end.
