IDEA/Prepaid Cellular service
MNP rejected by IDEA

I, sandip Biranwar from Hyderabad using prepaid IDEA cellular service (Mobile No. 9948615961). I wanted to opt for BSNL service through MNP. I have sent SMS on 1900 on dt:04.02.2011 and received UPC code IA256936. With this i have approached BSNL and filled up the required application form with fees Rs 30/- on dt:05.02.2011. I have received a message from 1900 stating that " Your Port in request for mobile no. 9948616961 has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons" without giving any reasons whatsoever.

I am requesting you to take up this matter on which grounds they rejected my MNP request. Is it possible to reconsider my request for MNP by IDEA service.
