Idea prepaid connection
No service after deduction of amount

On 20- feb i had received a call from service provider and the executive explained i shall receive 6000 sec free calls for a month local and nation after deduction for Rs. 58 from my account and the said secheme shall start after 24 hours from the deduction of amount from my account. I immideatly allowed the exective to deduct the amount from my account and to start the sechem. But till date the said scheme is not started even after deduction of amount frrom my account.
