My Mobile not working from 20 days

My Idea Mobile not working even after 20 days of PORTIN

Please see my recent mail to Idea today with some changes for past actions and help me out to fix my problem

Dear Sir

Can u tell me which sim card number is faulty. I already paid for 2 sim cards first was MNP sim and second normal sim I took when same mail came to me from custome... r care. I paid rs 19 first time and rs 75 next time. I want to be 100% sure that there is some issue with sims not with company network and technology so pls tell me sim card no that u thinks faulty. My new sim card number is : 89910 48005 11947 68442

Just for your knowledge your idea showroom guys (Sector 3 Rohini Delhi) has no interest in helping customers they just say we can't do anything we can just send email.

My 9891143977 not working from 11 july, visited 4 times idea showroom Sector 3 Rohini Delhi, called customer care many times but nothing was done
