Idea, Prepaid mobile connection

Dear sir,

I had purchased idea mobile prepaid connection from a dealer supper optics, Izzatnagar, BAREILLY IN AT THE END OF August. Till date I have submitted my IDS FOUR TIMES till date.

At present Iam doing National diploma course AT IVRI, Izzatnagar, BAREILLY.So I have submitted xerox of my 1) ID CARD 2) BONAFIED CERTIFICATE OF HOSTEL ACCOMODATION FOR ADDRESS PROOF3) VOTER ID .

Submitting all these documents for four times they have cancelled my mobile connection. I AM A RESPNSIBLE GOVERMENT SERVENT still they have cancelled my pre paid mobile connection no. 9837561513.

AT PRESENT MY Rs.175/- is balance on the same.

So kindly take strict action against idea as they have unnecessarily harrased me. Waiting for your action & REPPLY.
