Deactivation of Channel 99 megazine

An amount of Rs.30 per month from May has been deducted from my above said prepaid mobile No.9826374484 without any prior intimation. I have not at all activated the above said scheme and these amount has been deducted without any intimation. My deactivation request were not entertained on number of times. I am totally upset by this type of activity from your side. You are being a good reputed mobile service provider, I didn't expect such unhuman activities. I request you to kindly return the amount deducted from my mobile i.e. Rs.90/- of the last three months.
