Idea prepaid sim
Not helping in blocking the sim which is stolen

I have lost my cell phone Nokia 7210 and the sim was prepaid of idea ph no. 9855322838. when i went to IDEA care to block the sim they asked to submit FIR copy ANd AFFIDAVIT copy. but when i approached with original and xerox copies of FIR and Affidavit. they daid submit the original copy and they will issue only duplicate sim but the the original sinm will not be bolcked. i requested to take the copy of these documents as i need the original because i want to show it in Nokia care to trace/block the handset. but they refused to block the sim and issue new one. i am now thinking to lodge FIR against IDEA care too. because that person who had stolen my phone is calling from my number to my friends
