Idea promotions on rc29

Good morning sir,

i am sravan this is my mobile no 9553655504 am using idea network and i have been complained about RC 29/-rs to the customer care they are not responding about that complaint. The RC 29 promotions are like recharge with 29 and you get full talk time RS 29 with 4 days validity but the amount is getting only for 3 days the remaining balance we cant use.but its will after 4 th day the condition is applied. The idea is cheating the customers about that offer please change the advertisement or stop the advertisement and i lost the amount many times kindly take the action on idea network.
