Deduction of prepaid amount without my request

Recently I had applied a Rs.99 scheme (50 pc for all calls upto one year) and it is going on. In my Idea No. 9924488206 there was a balance of abt 30 rs. without any intimation or request from my side they have deducted abt 25 as a caller tune cost. I went to an idea office, and couldn't get a proper response.

What I have to do next for the claim and their irresponsible attitude against the customers?
