Unwanted mobile balance deduction

Dear Sir,

I Rajesh Sharma using mobile No.7891507503, I recharged with Rs.125/-, after few days I got zero balance, I again recharged with Rs.125/- on 18.03.12 (evening), now on 22.03.12 (5 pm) it is also zero balance without using it, call record message received Idia from 19.03.12 to 22.03.12 shows only use of Rs.5.20.

I am feeling helpless, please look into the matter and help me.
