Dear madam,

We are facing a problem in your connection. From past 19 months around 15 connections are dead in our locality, including ours (0824 2235443) which belongs to Gramachavadi exchange, Konaje Mangalore .. We are fed up of giving complaints from many months, Really Feel shame on your Service is this the way how you give Service to your Customers. After giving so many complaints there is no response from your side. I wanted to know that whether the employees are sleeping or are they irresponsible because of a government organization..

In this competitive world there are so many Services who would provide better facilties than you, Is it because you dont want the customers or else you are forgetting the old customers when you are having new connections Can you please Solve the problem at the earliest for this or please let us no, so that we can go for some other connections
