I dodleti bala venkateswara prasad, s/o. seetharamaiah residing at Kurud, Dhamtari Dist., of Chhattisghar and having prepaid mobile number of 9755891914 from 2007 and submitted the formalities (required documents) at the time of sim purchasing. From Aug'10 due to my job transfer from Kurud to Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh I shifted my family from Kurud to Vijayawada. At present I came back to Kurud. When I use my sim it indicates sim registration failed and when I contact with 121 and the customarcare officials advised to submit the relevant documents. According to this I prepare all documents and submitt at Lalganga Complex - Raipur office and they told after verification, the number was issued to others.

How it is possible. I am using the number from 2007 to tillnow, without any intimation, where is the right to issue my number to others.
