Duplicate sim activation

I missed my mobile on 3rd of june (no.9740461404) at banglore city railway station & i requested customer care to lock the number on 6 th of june & they told me it is locked on 12th of june, but it was not locked & i called to that number on 14th of june, but it work working after i taken a duplicate sim on 19 th of june by 4 pm & they informed that it will activate with in two hours but it is not activated. Once again i called to customer care on 22 nd by 7 pm, but they told me it will activate by 24 th of june but till date it is not activated by 9.45 pm once again i called to customer care now they are telling that it wii activate by 29 th june. Why this type bad service they giving . please take care about the matter.
