Installation of mobile tower in residential area

I am a resident of Vijay Nagar, Single storey House no. 25. An Airtel mobile tower is under installation in a house roof top adjacent to my house. On behalf of the, residential colony, it is to state here that no prior consent had been obtained according to the Enviornment Protection Act, 1986 from the neighbourhood as we were completely unaware of the same. The house in which the tower is getting installed is only 89 sq yd and has five floors (basement, ground, 1, 2, 3,). It is also situated in narrow lane.

My grandmother is suffering from heart disease and has pace maker. The doctor has strictly advised her to stay away from any electromegnetic rays. My father is also suffering from renal failure and is undergoing dialysis for the past 5 yrs. Taking in to consideration all these facts, it is requested that the tower installation may strictly be terminated/prohibited in the area.
