Service problem

I have deposited my mobile for repairing at CELL-Com A-20 Lajpat nagar 2 New delhi 110024 on 8 of may (IMEI no 416564) with an promise that i will get it back rectified after 2 days and they charge me 4408 rs (bill no 1819 book no 37) which i said okay anddeposited it after 2 days i got my phone back but i was shocked to see that it having the same problem.when i asked about this from shop (CELL ONE) they given me a strange answer that "they think that the phone having some big issue and sent back again for 3 days for servicing" i really dont know what exactly happen to my phone or what actually they are doing with my phone.

I want my phone to be rectified quickly and correctly ASAP. as it become a necessary part of life nowadays.
