Made deduction from account balance without useing the service

Dear sir I am using your service from logh time but this time I have got hte reply from your coustmer care that you can not belive it as on dated 5 Dec. I want to register my comlain that my balance has bcome less without useing the service . they told me that there some pack with you but I have not got any call or massage to activetate this than they said that it is our rule we do not return the money if you have use it or not and you can make complain to ay body for this if I have not use the service why I was charged so request to you the as early as possibe returned my deducted amount Rs.60.00 may be return to my account tel No. 9024488879 so that I maycontinue with you now the services are very poor. if you do not take any attention to my coplain I had to go to consumer protation court.
