INCOMING AND OUT GOING CALL IS CLOSED

I have made below complains regarding CDMA number 7499797326 on dated June 4th but till now no any action has been taken.

CLOSER OF INCOMING/OUTGOING CDMA NO: 7499797326

I have taken a CDMA sim of Reliance in August. It was running suddenly its incoming and outgoing calls is closed without any information either through call or any message. No any costomer care number is accessible from other number. It is remote place there is no any store/ministore so that we may start the Sim.
