Unauthersed deduction from prepaid

Barti Airtel cellphone operarors deduct charges of Rs.75 for services not used by me. They simply send a sms and deduct charges at there will. I am an illiterate aged woman using the cellphone only for receiving and answerig calls. But I am charged several times for downloading games other misc. Because of my age I am not in a possition to use the cellphone for anyother purpuse. I have complained to them several times and they continue their activities stating their records say so. Is there any forum from where I can get remedy.
