Reliance gsm number

Hello sir,

my name is nitin gupta . i m rom ghaziabad. i purchased my reliance gsm number (7827255505) on 28 th of may from shiv communication retail store. my number was not working properly due to some network problem. but after 10 days it was barred by company, because dealer didn't submit my documents.

i talked to reliance customer care but they didn't give a satisfactory answer . and when i asked the dealer, he told me that he submitted my document on 9 th june. but till now i am facing lots of problems by the reasons of dealer and companys loose and irresposible behaviour. i am a student and i m serching job. there are lots of calls of jobs on my no. but i cann't receive any call any message by the reason of the bad service.

please cosider my complain.
