Detecting money from without reason

Really Services provided by Airtel is very poor. They are detecting money without any reason, without subscribing. Last night 30/12 they have detected money from my account without subscribing any caller tunes.
In this Dec month they have done such type of mistake twice.
And when i am calling the executive he/she will tell to resolve the problem but no response... they are doing nothing.
They are only making money with cheating/fraud.
Nobody is help for poor "Customer"
