No Response after complain

Sir, I had recharged my BSNL NO 9439000081 by 11rs. sms pack (provides 1100 sms for 7 days) on 11/05 which was valid till 18/05. But only 110 sms I have done till 15/05, after that my main balance was deducted.soon after I have complained to bsnl (complain no 5395781). I was informed that it will o.k. soon. daily I have reminded BSNL about that problem but no positive response is there. sir, its neither the matter of only 11rs. nor of only one people. Its the matter of many people who is the customer of our public sector company bsnl. its costomer care picks up the call minimum after half an hour and without satisfying the customer disconnects the call. sir, if possible then please look into matter. its for whole India.
