Excess peyment of mobile bill

I had to pay my vodaphone bill of Rs.631 but by mistake I paid Rs. 6333 (through credit card). After that I requested to vodaphone care center and nearest vodaphone house (mahipal pur) to return my excess money but they refuse and told me, no any process here regarding this. I felt bad and get hurt when some employee of vodaphone said that this is ur mistake so its ur burden to solve this. Even they did not responding gently. When I said that I am going to surrendered this service then they suggest me to mail to vodaphone. Me do not want to Adjust the excess money from coming bills in future, just want to get back my excess money.
