BSNL landline online bill payment receipt not issued

I made payment on BSNL mahashtra landline online bill payment portal. The payment is in 3 steps.

Step1: Landline No.(020-25882250) entered correct & Bill amount Rs.1868/- appeared. Selected ICICI Bank & payment gateway of Icici Bank appeared.

Step 2: Payment made reference BIL/000137251848/bsnl bill/BSNL_MICI001894 dted 12th January. The payment is debited rom my ICICI Bank & credited to IndiaIdeas.com

Step 3: The receipt is not generated.

Please help me in confirmation of this amount paid to BSNL Pune aginst my Landline bill dated 7th January.
