Excess Bill for Mobile Phone No 9433034521 Manikjor with Telephone Number 24844521

I am holding a Mobile Number 9433034521 (Post paid Manikjor scheme), Account Number 348736880.Normally I do not use the mobile phone. However paying bill regularly through e-banking through your website. In the month of December I had paid twice the bill amount and I thought the same would be adjusted in the next bill and I will not require to pay any amount. However this time I find that usage charge amount surprisingly is 96 Rs. and the bill amount is Rs.99.00.Therefore I rerquest to kindly look into it and advice. The details of the bill is as follows:

The last bInvoice Number 330065961, Invoice Date 10/01, Payment Due Date 25/01, Billing Period 01/12 to 31/12.
