Airtel Prepaid connection with lifetime validity
Couldnot get any network while on international roaming in UAE

I recharged my connection no- 00919831159819 for INR.333.00 on 07/12 while I was on domestic roaming at Ranchi, India but immediately INR.96.00 was deducted. On enquiry, it was informed to me that the amount was deducted for the activation of International Roaming though no request was made either by me or any member of my family. But I didnot object because I was supposed to proceed to UAE by 20th December. However on reaching UAE, I couldnot access any network i.e. ETISALAT or DU. I sent one sms to no 00919831844865 (which is supposed to be the contact number of Nodal Officer) on 29/12 at 21:30hrs IST informing my problem. So please return my money whhich has been deducted from my account at the earliest.
