Improper Deductions

I have given e-mail complaints about the improper deductions made in my prepaid account. the text of which is reproduced below. I haven't got any feedback from the company eventhough a reply mail has been sent by their customer care officer.
This is regarding my pre paid connection I am having with you [97041
95367]. This is AP region number.
Recently I moved out of andhra to chennai. During May 1 & 2 I was in
bangalore when suddenly an amount of Rs125 has been deducted from my
account telling that I have downloaded some services for which i have
not made any initiation. I got in touch with your customer care at
andhrapradesh who inturn was insisting that i have licked some links in
the messages i have received. If I got some message then the same should
reside in my phone, isn't it? I haven't any excepting the one of some
archies subscription which tells to click to de activate the same else,
i will be charged 30Rs. If I have downloaded some games or some thing
like that the same should be in my mobile that is alos not there. When
informed about this the customer care person has told me that the
problem will be resolved by 4th May. Till date the same is not resolved.
All in all I feel I have been cheated and for a big company like you,
these type of cheap tactics are looking good.
Request you to look into the above matter and give me a satisfactory
reply. Prompt repayment of the deducted money will be highly
appreciated. Or else please let me know the next escalation level where
in I can tell the grievience.
