I am from Vill Po- Ghutgoria Ps-Barjora, Dist-Bankura. From 25th of december'09 we have no network of smart in our village. so i launched a complain in customer care (no-116409335) on 1st january'10
after 3 days they send me a sms saying your reuest has been solved but the actual problem is not solved. the nearset tower from my villege is 2.5 km away in barjora.in barjora smart have full network
please do some thing so that smart is forced to modify their third class network in our area. please take necessary steps
