I have deactivated the cricket alerts and services even then the cricket messages still appear and continuously to my account. My Mobile no. is 09730414890 (Airtel Prepaid). I am trying this service to be deactivated from my no. from the past six months. I have called customer care many times regarding this matter but the situation is same as there it was. I have also sent messages to deactivate this service and received the confirmation but still the cricket messages come and money is getting continuously deucted from my account. Last month i didnt recharge my account, then the messgages didint appear but when i got it recharged, they have again started. I am even fed up of complaining to airtel prepaid customer care.
