Sir, Im Dileep Chakravarthy, working in Indian Air force, chandigarh. Sir on 29 may at 1220 pm 12807 samatha express reached to Gwalior Railway station. I recharged 100 rs to my docomo number in a STD booth in the platform, my number is also in his records (08699141653). bt recharge was not done by him actually, he cheated me and not only me i think so. plz take action on him and plz ensure my 100 rs is to be returned.
